Frequently Asked Questions

Is hotel accommodation included in the price?

Our standard pricing does not include hotel accomodation, as most of our patients are coming to Antalya as part of a holiday packange that already includes hotel stay. We can arrange your hotel stay and airport transfera upon request!

What hotel should I book as part of holiday package?

We recommend staying in Antalya city or close by (for example Belek or Kemer). If you are staying within 50km of Antalya city, we will be able to offer you a free transfer to the clinic and back to your hotel on the day of your transplant.

What if I am staying in Alanya?

Patients staying at a hotel further than 50km from Antalya city will be charged an additional fee for transfers from and to their hotel. Contact us for more details. Note that we cannot organise your transfers if you are staying further than Alanya or Kas.

Does the price include my flights to Antalya?

No, we do not include flights to Antalya in the price of the procedure. There are many direct flights to Antalya airport (AYT) from European and Middle Eastern cities. Some flights are seasonal. See for cheap flights.

Do I need to make a prepayment to book?

We might ask you for a partial prepayment (deposit) to finalize your booking. This can be easily done online and we will provide a link and additional information during the booking process.

What are the payment options?

All quotes are cash only offers, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. You can pay in many currencies based on our bank's exchange rate. You can also make a transfer through an online system. If you choose to make a transfer, you will need to make a full payment at least 2-3 business days before your procedure.

Are there additional costs/hidden charges?

No, our pricing structure is quite simple - we make it very clear what is included in the price of the procedure. You will not be required to make additional payments when you arrive. The clinic has additional products for sale and offers additional services and therapies, which are charged separately and not included in the price of the transplant. You are never under any obligation to buy these products, services or therapies.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, but only in special cases. For example, you can get a discount if you are coming for a transplant together with another person (your friend, relative etc.), who will be getting a transplant with us at the same time.
